Charter of the San Francisco Nueva Vizcaya Lions Club
On September 8, 2016, the SF Nueva Vizcaya Lions Club was chartered, with Charter President Lion Vem Macaraeg (spouse of SF Fil-Am LC President Lion Rufo Macaraeg) taking on the leadership of this new club. Guiding Lions Rufo Macaraeg and Jun Valera will oversee the growth of this new club, with many of our Lions transferring over to become it's charter members.
Youth Exchange Program
Our club hosted 8 Youth Exchange Students from Europe and 3 from Japan. Special thanks to Host Families Rufo and Vem Macaraeg, Arvin Neypes, Gary and Tess Lynch, and Espie Ortiz.
