Each winter, the San Francisco Fil-Am Lions Club, in cooperation with many other clubs of District 4-C4 (San Francisco Peninsula) including the primary organizer, the San Francisco Host Lions Club, holds numerous Health Fairs at church parishes, community centers, and other venues throughout the San Francisco and San Mateo counties.

Our Healthcare Committee Chairperson for this year is Lion Liz Yulo email@example.com. She also serves as the District's Health Fair Committee Chairperson.
Volunteers are welcome at all of the Health Fairs sponsored by our club:
the GIHW's permanent clinic in San Mateo offering flu and COVID-19 vaccinations
the SF Host Lions/Multi-Club flu clinics in various churches from San Francisco to San Bruno
the Drive Thru Flu Clinic by SF Premier and Kaiser at South San Francisco City Hall
the Health Fair in cooperation with the Philippine Consulate and the Philippine Medical Society of Northern California.
Please contact overall Chairperson Liz Yulo or either of the contact persons listed below if you would like to volunteer.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our Health Fairs had to adapt to conserve use of personal protective equipment while still adhering to CDC guidelines and best practices. The solution were Drive Thru Health Fairs providing free flu shots outdoors at set locations.
